Our Founder, Martin Litwak, CEO of Untitled Strategic Legal Consulting and noted trust lawyer, author and entrepreneur decided to build Smart Trust™ because he was frustrated with trying to find tools that were built specifically for his trust management practise. Nothing he looked at had "the trust" at its core and he was very aware of the increased risks for his clients around security and cyber crime.
Privacy is at the core of his practise, and his concern around preserving this for his clients was becoming an increasing issue for him.
